Background

AI is reshaping how consumers discover, research and buy—but most of the conversation around it stays abstract. Moloco, together with BCG, set out to quantify the disruption: surveying nearly 300 marketing leaders across 17 verticals and 5 regions, and analysing first-party data from over 3,000 apps. The result is the AI Disruption Index: a framework that maps each industry's exposure to AI-driven shifts against the strength of their customer relationships. The challenge? Turning a dense, multi-layered research effort into something a CMO would actually explore and act on.

Impact

We designed and developed the entire interactive experience from scratch. The platform guides readers from high-level stats through to an explorable industry index, using scroll-driven animations that reveal complexity progressively rather than exposing it all at once. We also created the visual identity for the report, including the index itself, and deployed the experience in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. Beyond the core platform, we produced vertical-specific pages, social media assets and a downloadable report for sales enablement.
